Venue

Mineral Products 2019 will be held at the QEII Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE.  All delegates are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.  Click here for a map and directions.

Registration fees (including VAT at the standard rate)
MPA Member | £222*
MPA Member: Young Professional | £60
Non-member | £270

*An Early Bird discount of £30 per delegate is available to Member organisations who registered and completed formal registration by Friday 24 May 2019.  NB This discount does not apply to the Young Professional fee.

The completion of the registration form constitutes a confirmed booking. The delegate fees cover participation in the sessions, administration, documentation and refreshments including lunch

Apprentice and Graduate Trainee Registration Fees

A special rate is available for Apprentices and Graduate Trainees of Member organisations and the MPA very much hope to encourage young professionals to engage in this unique industry forum.

Students

A limited number of free places are available for undergraduates and those in further education, please contact FIGS Events if you would be interest in applying for one of these places.

Cancellations

Cancellation of a registered place must be received in writing no later than Monday 10 June 2019; it is regretted that no refunds will be issued after this date, but substitute delegates are welcome.

Hotel accommodation

Special dietary requirements

Please contact FIGS Events if you require a special diet option mpa@figsevents.co.uk; when attending the event, please identify yourself to staff at meal times.

Dress code

All delegates are requested to wear business/lounge suits for the conference.

Wi-Fi access is free of charge for all attendees throughout the meeting rooms.
